This project demonstrates the versatility of our SLOG-X ground screws, even in infrastructure applications. An aluminum carport structure for multiple vehicles was permanently fixed to a paved parking lot – securely, precisely, and without the need for complex foundation work.
Despite the already sealed subsoil, installation was straightforward. The screws were carefully inserted through the paving stones into the load-bearing soil – the drilling required minimal intervention and caused barely visible changes.
The result: A stable, durable connection that reliably holds the carport in place even in wind and weather conditions.
